…deep in the heart of Texas! And that’s exactly where Carestream Dental is hosting its 2018 Global Oral Health Summit. The Summit—an extensive educational event that brings together specialists from across the industry to network and learn—is heading just outside of Dallas, Texas, Nov. 9-11.
Only a short drive from either of Dallas/Fort Worth’s airports, charming Grapevine, Texas, is home to the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention
Center. In addition to the conference rooms where Summit attendees will learn about industry trends, software tips and tricks and how to increase case acceptance, the venue features four-and-half acres of indoor gardens and waterways. In the evenings—when not participating in hands-on courses or providing feedback on future Carestream Dental solutions with company leaders—attendees can choose from multiple onsite restaurants featuring everything from Tex-Mex to Italian delicacies, or relax at one of the many bars or onsite night club.
The Summit schedule is purposely designed to leave time for attendees to explore the town of Grapevine on either Saturday evening or Sunday before heading home. A shuttle from the Gaylord Texan lobby takes attendees door-to-door of all of Grapevines attractions, ranging from museums to spas. The historic downtown has also been restored to its original 19th and 20th century charm for those looking for a leisurely stroll.
