Dentrix Image is a 100 percent integrated addition to the industry-leading Dentrix Patient Chart which allows the user to capture, import and export images; store images in a space-efficient compressed format; attach images, descriptions and annotations directly to a patient file and view and present images quickly and easily with a wide variety of options and tools. Dentrix Image allows a doctor to use any major-brand intraoral camera, capturing images beautifully from any camera with S-video output. Because it includes its own high-quality capture board, the only hardware required is a camera and light source. Dentrix Image provides excellent printing capabilities, with options to include patient and provider names, image information and/or annotations made on the image.
