A complimentary "Silent Nite Kit" is available, which includes a reception-room video, poster, 30 custom-labeled brochures with acrylic display, 100 statement stuffers, 30 patient questionnaires, and a clinical evaluation reprint on Silent Nite, conducted by an independent research institute.
