Thanks for you willingness to feature lasers! One omission in an other- wise fine article by Harvey Passes: HGM of Salt Lake City manufactures the Dentalase 200 at about $19K. It provides two wavelengths - one for soft tissue procedures and one for curing dental resins. An excellent laser for general practitioners.
