Joy D. Void-Holmes, DHSc, BSDH, RDH, is a hygienist with nearly 30 years of experience in oral care, founder of Dr. Joy, RDH, and cofounder of JELL-ED. She serves on the CDCA-WREB-CITA examination board, the Maryland State Board of Dental Examiners, and the RDH magazine editorial advisory board. Dr. Joy holds a dental hygiene certificate from Howard University, a BS from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, and a master’s and doctorate of health science from Nova Southeastern University.
