Not much information exists on the effectiveness of a wide range of workplace regulations required by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. That`s according to one of the last reports by Congress` Office of Technology Assessment, which went out of business this fall. OTA said more research is needed to determine the impact of regulation, separated from what workplaces are doing on their own.
