More employees are likely to take advantage of their dental-health benefits in coming months, thanks to a program sponsored by Eastman Kodak Company to raise awareness about the benefits of dental care.
A program targeting corporate human-resource managers was implemented in April. HR managers who respond to the direct mail will receive a kit informing them about the benefits of encouraging employees to visit their dentists. The kit also provides materials the HR department can use to educate employees, including posters, flyers, and articles for use in employee newsletters.
