Sometimes bitesplint treatment calls for a softer approach. Crystal Clear® Soft is the same predictable Crystal Clear® premium bitesplint Keller Laboratories has produced exclusively for over a decade, with the added "soft" benefit of an inner layer of Talon®.
Crystal Clear® Soft is a dual lamination of two, patented thermal plastics. The injection-molded outer layer is a hard, durable, and nonporous thermoplastic. The inner layer is a heat-sensitive elastomeric liner. Before seating, hot tap water softens the inner layer and allows the splint to adapt to individual contours and tooth position.
Clients report that the addition of this unique thermal adaptation has made seating easier and faster and improved patient comfort, and, as a result, improving patient compliance.
