In a letter to President Clinton, the American Dental Association said it is concerned about the lack of guaranteed benefits for children under plans to overhaul and cut back Medicaid. The ADA said it`s concerned that providing Medicaid funds to the states "without any provision to ensure a uniform level of care for America`s poor children." The ADA is seeking assurances children covered by Medicaid will have access to dental care.
