In other AIDS-related developments, the Justice Department says it is continuing to fight discrimination against people with AIDS or HIV. Assistant Attorney General Deval L. Patrick said the department is using the Americans With Disabilities Act and the Fair Housing Act that prohibit discrimination against people with disabilities, including HIV/AIDS.
