Dr. Smallwood specializes in advanced esthetic dentistry with an emphasis on comprehensive esthetic rehabilitation and clear aligner orthodontics. He is an international speaker with multiple published articles in the areas of comprehensive rehabilitation, Clear aligner instruction, over-the-shoulder hands-on programs, practice wealth programs, and practice development. He has been recognized as a top 100 speaker in dentistry today several times in the last 10 consecutive years.
In addition, Dr. Smallwood regularly provides consulting services to dental manufacturers, laboratories, and his peers. He serves as the official dentist of the prestigious Miss Arizona USA and Arizona United States pageants. He owns the Centre for Contemporary Dental Concepts in Tempe, Arizona, where he has been practicing for over 25 years.
